-Ridiculously athletic, lights out 3 point shooter, good free throw shooter, and goes to the free throw line more than any Pitt player in the last 20 years outside Carl Krauser. And built like a tank.

-Finally a legit D1 guard that can shoot and score at a high level. For the love of God please let us sign him. Big impact player we would have for 2 more years. This instantly would give Dixon and Pitt some credibility again and hope for next year and beyond.

Yes, he certainly would go a long way to reversing some of the bad recruiting news from the past month or so. A legit, starting shooting guard would make everyone else on the floor better. His assist to turnover ratio seems low but I think you can deal with that if he is proving value elsewhere. I'd think the chance to play at home (being from NC) and the chance to raise his stock (he could play professionally somewhere) would make Pitt an attractive option. Also, he can slot right in as the starter at Pitt, something not too many other major D1 programs would be able to offer.

He's only available for one year, not two. Not sure where you are getting your info from. He played at Cleveland State for a year, transferred to Mercer for 2 years, and has one year left.

Should Pitt fail to land Nwamu, do they have a shot with Sterling Smith? I thought I read somewhere he was on campus for a visit, but can't seem to find it now.

"His assit to turnover ratio seems low..."
People do you ever learn? JROB's assist to turnover ration is high and yet he is a dud. Stay away from false metrics.
