If the committee watched any basketball this year, and cared at all about the "eye test" you would absolutely put St Bonaventure over them. I feel like the Bonnie's would be a 5-6 point favorite on a neutral court.

What is weird is that the committee didn't seem to value conference tourneys (cuse-Tulsa-Seton Hall only getting a 6), and then St Bonnie's gets left out with a loss to Davidson.

St joes only an 8, VCU a 10, really seems like the committee not A-10 fans this year (or mid major fans in general)

I disagree because I feel that computer rankings are more accurate than any eye test. Sagarin has Monmouth at #79 based on their entire body of work. I accept that as accurate. St. Bonaventure is #81. Likewise that isn't worthy of being in without winning your conference tourney.

A team that was screwed was St. Mary's. They are rated Sagarin #32--better than Pitt, Syracuse and several others selected.

St Joe's has a lower computer ranking than Pitt--so an 8 seed is probably okay.
