But it came up huge for both sides. The WVU Fair Catch was rightly overturned and they got the ball on the 25 instead of the 1. The refs missed that both guys signaled for a fair catch.
The two targeting penalties against Pitt were rightly overturned, as the one against WVU rightfully upheld.
And that last pass. I mean it was obviously incomplete but it was called complete. Replay confirmed it. That would have been tragic.
