So…….Ironic that it is now in Penn State's financial interest to prove JoePa knew in order to retain insurance coverage to cover these claims. Nothing like a good insurance coverage dispute to get to the truth.....

That isn't what happened. The argument was that Joe wasn't at a high enough position and even if he knew, it was irrelevant to the insurance coverage issue.
