It's Tuesday and...

Last night I went to a sports bar (Chicago area) to watch the Stillers play. This place has a ton of Steeler fans. Did I wear a Steeler jersey? Hell no!!!! Proudly wore my Pitt sweatshirt, hoping to run into a Ped State fan. Either there weren't any, or nobody cared to admit it. A Ohio State guy from Cleveland congratulated me on the big win. Said he thought Franklin was a cry baby, and looked forward to kicking their ass this year (again).

There are a ton of Steeler fans everywhere.

I was with my fam at Busch Gardens just a couple of weeks ago and a guy with Nitter clothes was giving me the meanest 'go to hell stare' crowding my space and for the life of me, I couldn't figure out why. Turns out I had wore a Pitt tee that day. It was a gray addidas Pitt basketball shirt with the slogan "We All We Got" circa 2009 that should probably be retired, but I can't bring myself to do it.

Was that the Busch Gardens in Williamsburg? Been there many times. Went there last during Halloween. Norfolk, Newport News, VA Beach area is like Pittsburgh south. Lot's of Pens and Stiller people from my experience.

Yes. Lots of Steelers. Actually, this is a great NFL area, despite the lack of a NFL team. Of course I see a lot of Redskins stuff, but Steeler & Cowboy fans are everywhere and make their presence known.
