Jeffress and Collier

Will is the smartest player on this team, even last year he was the guy who would quickly grab hold of hot teammates when they were at risk of doing something stupid, he did w Femi at wvu this year. But, you see him directing guys a lot, too. But he has to get his shot going to be a real affirmative factor.

It was really good to see. They are both essentially freshman. If they stay at Pitt, work their tails off and have great attitudes, they can have a really good career at Pitt. would be fun to watch them grow. both could be here another 4 years.
I believe Collier has a much higher upside than Jeffress. I don't expect Jeffress to be anything more than a smart, hard nose defensive player with limited offensive skills when guarded.
For a Top 75 player, that would be a major disappointment. Players ranked that high, the expectation is they are all-league type players later in their career. If he's just going to be a role player, that'll be disappointing. Every team needs role players but when you beat everyone for a highly rated recruit, you need that player to become one of the better players in the league.
