Jeremy Pruitt

If they get humiliated by Florida he is out.

And whoever takes over has some solid young talent in the freshman class

His resume was really light. I think he got the job due to Alabama envy. Why else would they hire someone so unqualified from their hated rival.

Because Tennessee fans led by the sports radio host Clay Travishad a $&#% tantrum when Greg Schiano was announced as a hire. After UT rescinded the offer they had to settle for Pruitt.
I normally don't take pleasure in watching others misery, but I won't deny to cracking a smile at what's going on in Knoxville.

That search went on longer as they courted several coaches that turned them down. The former AD had seemingly struck a deal with Mike Leach when he was suddenly canned. Fulmer stepped in and made the Pruitt hire.

Pruitt can't recruit for chit either.

Pruitt's

The one likely to be fired first is Helton at USC

Helton is a horrible freaking coach, I don’t think people on the East Coast realize what a joke he is. That being said he seems to have lucked into something with Slovis, guy looks outstanding tonight.

They have Alabama envy worse than we have PSU envy. How else do you explain hiring someone that was an alum & a coach at your hated rival with such a weak resume?

I coulda sworn Taggart would have been fired tomorrow if ULM held on today.
He’s still not gonna last much longer. It’s Florida State for god’s sake, they could’ve gotten a much better coach than a guy that despite what he inherited at former jobs, still only had a 47-50 career record.

Sooner than later they’ll be fed up with mediocrity (at best) and throw big bucks at a sitting P5 head coach. There’s probably only about a dozen or so coaches that have better jobs right now, if that.

If he goes 6-6 or worse, he's probably gone.

The SEC schools not Alabama have gone through so many coaches all in an effort to think they can compete with Alabama.
Alabama one coach with multiple NCs all other SEC schools 30 coaches with nothing to show for it.

I think Georgia is probably pretty happy with Kirby Smart at this point.

But do the math. So many coaches have come and gone while Saban has been at Alabama. Georgia May be happy now, and happier when Saban retires. But smart better find a way to beat Alabama and get to the big game.

Smart got to the big game two years ago.

In the SEC you have to win it. Otherwise admins get itchy. Again look it up and see how many coaches there have been since Saban got to Alabama. How many titles does Georgia have since Saban took over?
My point still stands as SEC schools have been looking for that one coach to challenge Alabama.
