I think this statement, applied to the top 6-7 players is in doubt. If the players stay, and improve on the standard curve Pitt will win the OOC games they are suppose to, plus up to 9 wins in conference. They won 6 this year in (yet another) mess. Unless the staff is complete buffoonery and if the major contributors stay ,improvement should be evident.

I never said Johnson was one of the top PGs in the country. I said he would be a starter for a tourney team and is a good piece and much better than Femi who I said wasn’t a PG despite everyone here telling me I was wrong. I was 100 percent right. He’s a P6 level player for a bad team. So an A10 elite. He’s a bad defender and volume scored. Just not real good

And who the hell’s coming here? Can’t be a person on the planet who thinks Capel’s gonna be here long term. He’ll have to hit on 4-5 Mo Gueyes and probably then some to show any improvement. Guys who wanna play in the ACC and have 1 year left. More likely we end up with more Paytons and Olidapos.

You are making a prediction without knowing whether next season's roster will be a lot better or a lot worse than this year's roster --- the portal outcome (who Pitt loses and who Pitt gains) makes any prediction at this point a complete wild guess.

Found out from a convo this morning with NCAA that not only will you get a free transfer if you graduate, if your coach gets fired you ALSO get a free transfer even if you’ve already bounced.
