Wow - it's not THAT bad. Obviously tastes just like red hots. A bit too sweet for me, but I had another one, just because I could.Originally posted by noelr:
souf, its the small crushed plastic bottle blanked in yellow and highlighted in red next to the condoms near bathrooms in gas stations in obscure places on 95
Straight up it is ALWAYS Pitt for me - always. He ended up there because their engineering school is highly ranked, and also very big (they offer 15 different kids of engineering) so he had a variety to choose from. It didn't hurt that they also were very generous. He did like Pitt too, but the better weather, southern girls and wanting to spread his wings became the deciding factor. We would have been happy wherever he chose.Originally posted by noelr:
pitt girl-pitt v nc state straight up-who do you root for and how did your son end up there?
Yep - we're lucky so far. Our youngest is at UMD and loves it there too. I admit to being sad a minute or two that neither chose Pitt, but it's their life. All good schools.Originally posted by noelr:
makes complete sense. I grew up in GA and my mom said you aren't going to UGA or any commuting school. You cant come home during the weekends or you miss the college experience. So Pitt was it. Loved it.
Its good for kids to leave the nest early. It rarely backfires.
