Where we're at would be realistic in year three or so of Narduzzi. If we're this good now, imagine when he gets a full roster of his recruits. If he can recruit the O-Line like Chryst did we will be a force. I think it's pretty clear the skill players and especially defensive players will want to play for this guy.
Exactly. As you mentioned earlier somewhere, this team is less talented than last year because Connor is out. No way Pitt should be 6-1 with 5 road games so far. Narduzzi is just a miracle hire and after 30 years of depression, it's about time Pitt caught a break.
Yes, crazy to think we can win 10+ games this year with most of them being this close and coming down to the final ticks of the clock. THAT is even more surprising. First full season Pitt script returns and we see immediate success and late game heroics?

I am not ready to claim a victory over a good Iowa team while eaking out victories against unranked teams, never the less if you have been following Pitt since 1972 as I have it sure is nice to spend the rest of a Saturday feeling like watching college football, particularly in light of the fact that I changed my work schedule so that I could go to games (buy season tickets I should say) which I have not done for about six years and although it is a lousy work schedule it is worth it, sorta like this case of Beck's I have been working on since 11:30am, it sure beats the usual Old German, on a Saturday evening.
