He doesn't "blame Pitt" it is true that there's no room for the Steelers to expand their facility because they share it with Pitt and the nearby area has no available space.

I'm not sure why, but I was actually quite stunned the first time I saw a hotel with a rooftop pool. I guess I couldn't figure out how they got the firetruck up there to fill it up.
