Entering the national tournament today in North Carolina ranked 4th in the country. First game begins today at 11:00am with the national championship game held on Saturday at 2:30pm. Top 16 teams in the country are in the bracket including the likes of Georgia (#1), Colorado St. (#2), Michigan (#3), Colorado (#5), UCLA (#6), etc.

This year the team has beaten such teams as Texas (#1 in the country at the time), Ohio State, Michigan State, and Michigan (#1 in the country at the time). We have a real chance to do some damage in this tournament. Good luck lady Panthers and I'll update the scores as the games are played. Hail to Pitt!

Lady Panthers win game 1 versus #13 seed James Madison 15-13. Game was way too close; let's hope the nerves are gone for tomorrow. Next up - #5 seed Colorado at 11:00 am tomorrow. We lost to Colorado by one point in February at the Santa Barbara Shootout. Revenge time. H2P!

Well the nerves were an issue again today but the outcome was worse - girls lost to Colorado 13 to 3. Premature exit from the tourney by most peoples opinions. Team will again be good next year.
