When seth Greenberg got canned at VT, the previous AD hired an assistant who wasn't ready. He lasted 1 year. Now they have Buzz.

BK is not ready. He needs HC experience at a smaller school to build experience. I've been at my job for along time. Doesn't mean I'm ready to be the new Dean.

In other words, you're also close to Brandin Knight, quite possibly too close to Brandin Knight to see this objectively and understand that he may not be a top candidate for this job.
