why are we recruiting kids like Tomlin, when Penn Hills has several kids bigger, faster and stronger? Several, not one!

Tomlin lives in Penn Hills? Wow. Most coaches and pro players with kids live in NA or Pine-Richland though I'm guessing Pens personnel may go to Seneca Valley now due to their new facility.
I agree....... Penn Hills does have the most talent in the wpial.
Because he’s down to Pitt versus Albany or Duquesne or Robert Morris. I guess Iowa State and Toledo have offers in there.
Pitt needs good, P5 quality receivers.
PSN just did an update on the local recruits who went elsewhere. Other than Hudson and Sanders I'm not sure Pitt is missing out on much.
Winovich could be an All-American. Absolute monster of a defensive end.
We got Truck Edward's out of Bluefield High , Lower level recruit. His brother is better and there still, they have one of the top kickers in the country and they have the number one CB in the country at that same school, Pitt isn't even trying. PSU, WVU, VT, even Maryland and Rutgers are trying to get these kids , no offer from Pitt. It's like Duzz rather not try for top talent and take leftovers.

No. I would sleep a lot better if Tomlin was not on their commitment list come February than if he was.
The bigger , faster and stronger kids have no interest in Pitt??????
What’s left of WPIAL talent seems to be collectively making it a thing to no longer matriculate to Pitt....some even giving Pitt the finger on the way out of town.

Yeah up until 2019 pitt’s been basically mediocre in an uneventful area. A couple big recruits, pitt gets one of them, then a couple out of the remaining 2 stars or lower end 3 stars.
I’m guessing that has to do with how coach Mike Tomlin and Joey porter sr. apparently would act at North Catholic games?
I'm sorry we need Tomlin for the optics alone. The Steelers are the only thing we can sell right now.

Dino is a very marginal prospect, they need guys who can help win football games.
I think Pitt has quality p5 receivers, what Pitt needs is quality p5 O lineman. And the Qb is not throwing to them while he's running, and i think Pickett needed a game like that. To come down of his high horse

Not true, the coach told me Narduzzi wanted to weigh the kids and have them run 40’s, meanwhile they are bigger and faster than Tomlin. Tomlin is Briggs!
