Anti ILLEGAL immigration.......dems too dumb to know the difference between legal immigration and illegal immigration.
I’ve seen the kid. He sure is dreamy! A really good looking kid. I bet he makes the young ladies crazy. I could only imagine the thoughts going through daddy liberal’s mind when his little princess brings a POC over to his house. That’s a tough pill to swallow. Then imagine the horror when Daddy finds out its Matt Gaetz’s son on top of it!!

So a single early 30s man with multiple DUIs adopts a 13 year old boy from Cuba... Is a totally normal thing?

No, this story is absolutely weird as hell.

Yeah, maybe I'm wrong to suspect the worse, but that struck me as strange too.

I mean, I can't stop thinking about how Gatez was the sole No vote on that anti- human trafficking bill.

At best its a super weird situation.

Jose Felix Diaz, an executive vice president at the political consulting firm Ballard Partners, also posted a tweet defending Gaetz, writing, "I am seeing so many hateful comments about Matt Gaetz & Nestor. When that kid lost his mom, Matt was dating his sister and he stepped up. Plain and simple. He has been an outstanding role model & mentor for Nestor and anyone that served with Matt knows this great kid."

From the story in the OP

Correction.

Anti-illegal immigration.
I corrected this post as I meant to say harder on immigration. I did not want to take a democrat/republican view on this story either, as I actually respect Gaetz for speaking his mind and being one of the lone sheep who has shown support for Trump the entire time, but I still find this fishy (no legal adoptions from Cuba in the last 10 years supposably). Had the argument in congress not happened the day before, he would have not introduced us to his son still. If he is giving the kid a good life and has the financial means to do it (he does), good for him, but this comes out to much as using him as a "prop" at a convienent time.
