Brutal for both kids and the parents, also Luke is the older brother and even though based purely on results I would expect to win and pretty controlled, the literal big brother factor could make this a really tough one

Interesting draws as usual. It seems like the selection committee really likes placing guys who upset higher ranked guys in season into early round matchups against those same guys as if to say, "If you are going to go far in this tournament, then you must avenge your losses along the way. Ive been noticing this trend for years now. I like it, but also dont lol
Im really intrigued by it. AJ isnt always the most offensive guy in big matches. He will rely on his defense and scrambling and knows that he will win close matches.
The way I see a matchup with Mac is that Mac is basically a more technically sound version of Sophomore Nino that AJ beat in the NCAA finals. Mac is much better at setting up his attacks and finishing than that version of Nino. I think Mac will get to AJ's legs, but then it will be a Mac finishing vs AJ defense matchup. I think Mac can get a finish on AJ, but being that Mac isnt a big scrambler, I wouldn't be surprised if AJ picked up a takedown or two out of scrambles.

Sure hope we see Mac vs Ferrari. Will be fun to watch. I would be very excited if he pulls out that win!!
I saw that and thought what a prick move, that will be rough on the family, but also having two in NCAA's is quite an accomplishment.
