Question: Coaches can’t talk about recruits until after a LOI has been signed. But, we see the kind of graphics he used in his commitment tweet all they time in all sports. Clearly, they are prepared by the Athletic Department.

Are they prepared in connection with official visits and then given to the recruit to use as desired?
