ya'll change your uniforms every couple years it seems. Hard to build a brand like that. I would stick with the Script for pitt. Its a classic. For the panther probably something that looks aligned with the script. not something modern.

I have no doubt that "The Script" isn't going anywhere soon.

Because of our previous AD - who had the need to put his stamp on everything - we had to wait 'til he was replaced before we could get The Script back.

Clarity - the Script was re-introduced (half-heartedly) while the old AD was here. It was only after he left that The Script was really energized.

We haven't had new uniforms since like 08 or 09

I'm not holding my breath. After the let down of the new football unis, I expect the new panther logo to leave a lot to be desired.

It could be SO SIMPLE, but nope, have to keep tinkering.

I agree. I think the new uniforms are OK but certainly not what I had hoped for.

The numbers in particular are just dumb looking. I expect the logo to be much the same.

KISS - follow that principal in logo design and you will never be wrong. Where team after team after team after team goes wrong is they add too much detail and they make it too complex. That almost never works. It's incredible how hard it is for people to learn such an obvious lesson.
