We didn't get a boost in attendence from a huge win against Clemson (terrible Pittsburgh, Alumni, and student so called fans). What makes you think we will get a boost in recruiting from those wins.
It was a huge nationally televised game. It might not help, but recruits definitely saw the game and have been talking about it. If you're a kid like Lamont Wade, very intriguing if you've been following this team all season. Clearly the secondary is our huge weakness. A big time DB recruit like Wade has to be thinking of what Pitt can do with a stud in the secondary like himself. He could be the last piece in a championship puzzle.

I think this time of year, you see very little verbals. Usually wait until after their high school seasons end. Come December we should see some. Kids are now just making their official visits.
Agree with Garbutt, and he has to see he could easily be a ten sack guy a year at Pitt

Garbutt - I think he stays home va texh
Munford - I expect him to hold out till signing day hoping the OSU ship comes..but it won't so he comes to Pitt
Zayas - I think he pulls the Pitt trigger eventually

I like Zayas too. He isnt talked about much, and there is NO WAY he is 205 lbs, look at the tape, he looks 230 easy.
I like your list. If last year is any indication, there will be some surprises the last few weeks and we will get a big 4 star or 2
Most recruits are hyper-focused on their late season/postseason high school careers in recent weeks, so I wouldn't read too much into it. The overall pace of announcements, regardless of the school, should pick up into December.
He's doing a commitment video for Bleacher Report as well as having a press conference I believe at his school.
It's anybody's guess, but the grammar samples in their tweet history aren't too convincing of the level of professionalism behind the account.
If it was Karlo still, I would pay attention. Not saying it won't be PSU, but this is just an ex central catholic waterboy posting on twitter.
If it doesn't happen then it is next man up. We can't sit around complaining about it.
What makes you think we won't. If a kid wants to come here it will be because of how much he likes the program. If he feels he has to play in front of 100,000 people he isn't coming here anyway.

I just don't see Happy Valley as the home to a kid from Clairton. OSU, Michigan etc sure, but not Happey Valley. A lot of areas shit on Pitt and look down upon it, but not Clairton. Guess we'll know in 4 weeks.
I hope having Mathews here helps the cause. You would think it does, along with Hamlin, Coleman, Ford. Although Mathews is turning into a pretty good player in his own right, and flipping him from PSU makes it all the better
