Notre Dame catches USC as Bettis and Brown are voted in and Seau of USC, both Schools tied for #1 now. Pennsylvania maintains its One Member Lead over Texas, as Ron Wolf of Freedom, Pennsylvania is voted in and Pennsylvania moves to 31 Members, and Tim Brown of Dallas, Texas give Texas 30 Members. Nebraska University has 2 more voted in giving them a total of 5!
