Will this decision force all the universities to dip into their endowment?
As far as the city of Pittsburgh goes, I could care less. They have never did a damn to help Pitt. They have fought the University every step of the way on anything the School wanted to do.
This may force some of the top big to fail schools to finally act like an adult and look out for all schools. Don't really expect it to happen but it would be nice to see.
