Noah Collier New YouTube

I love having a guy come in for Justin who's game is similar but is a little bit longer with bounce. He will have time to develop his game and watch how it's done so I really like this pick up.

This was just up on YouTube--

Plays like a taller version of Champagnie. Only showed him shoot and make one outside jumper.

Westtown has pumped out some players over the years. He’s a good kid, too. My neighbor is his Dr. and said he such a nice kid. Very assuming. She asked if he plays basketball because he was so tall. He said yes and she had to get it out of him that he’s going to Pitt to play. She said her neighbor was a Pitt grad and fan and he said, “Tell him I said, ‘Hail to Pitt!’”

He looks like he's still growing into his body a bit.

Grew from 6-7 to 6-8 this past year is what I read. Probably underrated as a 3-star recruit. If he develops the jumper he could eventually play like a 4 or 5 star guy by the time he is a junior or senior.

He said he's 6'9 now but people is saying 6'8 but if they didn't measure him I think I'm more inclined to believe what he said!
Either way I really like this kid and he has a big upside. IMO

I don’t doubt that he might be 6-9 now. We will likely not know for sure until he is measured at Pitt for the 2019-2020 and his measured height is on the Pitt official athletic site basketball team roster.

I have also heard that Hugley has grown to 6-10, FWIW.

Pitt doesn’t report their correct heights either , it’s not until they go to the NBA combine that you get a legitimate measurement .

My sense is that that was practiced during the Dixon years—-and mostly listing some (but maybe not all) players taller by an inch or two than they really were. I am not convinced that this is still being done under Capel. I suspect not, but maybe I am mistaken. In any event a player’s height in shoes will be about an inch taller than if measured without shoes. Different schools might do it one way or the other or not at all. Not sure how a Pitt measures players, or if they even do—or just let the players tell them what height to report on the roster without measuring the players.

After losing out on so many big guys I'm just happy to see we got at least three bigs coming atleast 6'8 to 6'10.

True, but to me he looks a lot smoother and stronger than he did on his prior highlight reels. I am much more optimistic now than I was.
