Ok, I feel WAY more confident posting this than I did 24-48 hours ago.
Here’s what I think,
A. Bobby Mo: Both in Pittsburgh, Easy W
B. Some AAC team
C. Some CUSA team
D. Some Sun Belt team
E. WVU: would love to make this work and makes the most sense but not happening due to Conference rules on OOC games.
F. BYU: I’d want to see this played. Well known program, we never play them, but the only problem is there’s a good chance we’d lose.

Bobby Mo - We already have enough challenging games. It will give us a chance to play a bunch of guys as well.

Agree. An easy game before ACC games would be good for guys like Izzy, Addison etc to get their first D1 experience without the pressure.

The American is going to play, so there are choices there. They said they will play 8 conference games, and they can schedule up to 4 non conference opponents

G - No opponent

No need. Practice up. Get into league play. Is ACC pushing start back to last weekend of September like B12 and SEC? I assume they'll sync this up a bit.

Won't be Robert Morris. They're playing in the spring with the rest of their new conference. Just announced this morning.

Duquesne is also out.
So that leaves us with an AAC team (probably Temple), a Conference USA team, Sun Belt team, BYU, or Army

Apparently WVU is booked, so Cincy, Temple, Army, or Marshall are the closest.

i remember the last time we played Utah @ Heinz Field. A guy who sits in front of me said, "we
beat these guys, right?" I showed him their lineup- they had fifteen players in their starting
lineup, who were older than Lawrence Timmins, who @ the time, was a young starter for the Steelers.
Utah was starting a bunch of23&24 year olds, who had completed Mormon missions,
& were really big, strong & fast. They manhandled us. I would rather not start with BYU, thank you
