He mentioned "culture." Can you build a culture anymore? These are all 1 year teams now. Does he plan on getting freshmen and developing them until they are seniors? That wont work anymore. And ND has tough transfer restrictions. Im not sure that Notre Dame wont be left behind in this new era.

Too much arrogance and too little discipline and you see the results.
With each passing year one by one would retire or move on and the SSTOMLIN would start to sink further and further till now it's down at the bottom of the Allegheny.
Ever since he left AB turn training camp into a three ring circus it's been nothing but a train wreck over there. Cowher and Noll would NEVER had put up with what Tomlin lets go on.
They need to find another head coach from Ohio. The last two did ok.
Did you forget Ernie Holmes, the guy who shot at a police helicopter and still played for Noll?
Hey, come on now, Ernie was out duck hunting and he thought that helicopter was the biggest duck he had ever seen.
Mostly because of how high he was at the time, probably.
