The feature is Hugh Green: his growing-up, his recruitment, and why that he chose Pitt (it's not necessarily what you think) - but even more interesting, it paints a fascinating picture of the state of Pitt Football at that time.
I thought that I'd remembered everything about the era having lived thru it, but after reading it, I discovered that there's a lot that I'd forgotten. As an aside, compare the writing in this piece to the "journalism" that we see in the Pittsburgh media now:
