OSU grad transfer Joe Burrow

Announced he is transferring and he graduated last Sunday. Has 2 years of eligibility left and has a cannon of an arm.
His Dad is the defensive coordinator at Ohio University and he attended HS in Athens so possibly he ends up there. Has too much skill and ability to play in the MAC in my opinion.
Narduzzi should give him a serious look. Totally different style than Pickett.

It would be pretty dumb to take Burrow with Pickett only being a sophomore. It would completely send mixed signals to the QB of the future. And why would Burrow transfer from a school where he wasn't getting PT to a school who already has their starting QB?

Yeah Burrow has much better options (LSU) and Pitt has a starting QB. If Pickett had never played last year or played poorly, he would make sense here. As it stands, it doesn't really make sense for either side.

Fantastic. He made $3.2M for his one year at LSU and then landed the OC job at Maryland making $650k a year. So, at a minimum, he will make $3.85M in the 2 years after leaving Pitt.
