In light of the cancellation of Rib Fest this year, I decided to make some baby back ribs (pork) at home for the game tomorrow. I haven't made them myself before so I wanted to poll the audience for any good recipes/tips. I'm working with an oven and a propene grill, no smoker or anything. I generally know that you want to slow cook them in the oven for a few hours at a low temp, and then sauce them up and finish them on the grill, but any advice on:
- timing/temperature of each step?
- good sauce brand/recipe? (ideally something spicy/tangy)
- seasoning/rubs prior for oven phase?
- any other pro tips?
