Never thought I'd see the day but looks like Pitt is getting most of Bigelow. Parking will be gone, 4 lanes will go down to 2, large elevated speed bump pedestrian walk way, large middle divider with trees and plants, WPU turn around completely disappears and becomes all green space... from the renderings the landscape will flow from the CofL right into WPU's... Very nicely done.
