Great round but I'd bet he doesn't come close to that score again.-7 through 17. No one even close.
JonRahm is golf’s fastest-rising star and could win the Masters at 22And who the hell is Jon Rahm? I googled him and he just turned pro at the end of 2016 and went from # 551 in Official World Golf Rankings to #12 in just 10 months. Playing unbelievable golf.

Well hopefully he has the mental fortitude to handle all the attention and press. It wouldn't be the first time stress messes with a golfers game. BTW - I only got to watch a little but he seems like a really big guy, somewhat like Els.He is awesome. He is the "next one". He will be right their with Speith, DJ, Rory and Day over the next 10 years. Same with Thomas Pieters. If you saw my list, he was one of my 5 favorites to win it all.

let me be the first to go on record as saying that if this guy shoots 65's in his next three rounds he has a solid chance of winning this thing...-7 through 17. No one even close.
He has all the physical tools - long off the tee, good with the putter, etc. And he's a gamer too... fearless. He's already won on the tour and almost came back to beat DJ in the match play championship... he was like 5 down through 8 and cut it to 1 down. I should have put $$ on him a few weeks ago at 100:1 for the Masters... glad I still did with Hoffman at 125 (not exactly counting that money yet tho lol).Yeah he is big. He is 6'4-6'5". And looks 21 going on 30. He looks more like an NFL QB. Really great talents, long, good putting, clutch.
