In my opinion Cleveland blow it. RB Sequon Barkley, the best player In the draft should have been the pick. They could have gotten the QB with the fourth pick. This RB will help the offense and the QB enormously picking up first downs and taking the pressure off the QB. If their QB wasn’t there at the fourth pick, they could have helped their defense with Chubb at number 4 pick.
I would not have taken Baker Mayfield because I don’t believe he is a franchise QB. If they were convinced that he is, he more than likely would have been available at # 4.
Cleveland has helped the Giants with their pick of RB Barkley, and now the Jets get Sam Darnold who I like a lot.
