Ot, in case anyone is interested.. House hunt

Enjoy, that's going to be a fabulously up and coming neighborhood. Well, it already is, but you get my point. It'll be positively ritzy by the time your kid/kids are in high school.

Schools still need to catch up, but the charter Dilworth is improving quickly.. Hopefully Fulton does too.
Actually has a legit yard, garage, and is move in ready. The sellers are moving two houses down.. Their family outgrew the house. So, taking that as a good sign they are staying on the same street.

Dilworth is a Pittsburgh Public School. It's a magnet school. In any case , it really is a great school. Congrats on the home!

Absolutely. I have a number of friends who have moved in to that area and they are really enjoying it. Only going to get better. Congratulations to you and your family.

Lived on Callowhill St. while attending PITT in the 70's. Could hear the lions growling late at night. Great area. Good luck.

A house in highland park both my wife and I loved came on the market Tuesday
Our offer was accepted today.. So pending home inspection, we finally found a place.

Congrats... as someone looking for a house in a new city now, I know how EXTREMELY stressful it is. Hope you guys look back 20 years from now loving your decision, and hope my wife and I can get as lucky.
