I believe it all depends on what he agreed to with the Browns. If he agreed that he'd clean himself up and stop partying and drinking and begin to take football more seriously, then the Browns have a right to be disappointed in him.

It's almost like some believe that you can't do both, like party your ass off tonight, and do your job when you are there. And that's something people have been doing forever.
