I said this "tongue-in-cheek", wolf, although right now this team needs a complete reset. I'm not sure there is a single player I'd want to build this team around. And if there is a "franchise" player, this coach and his staff aren't capable

You are correct. The rule is for minorities to be interviewed for the HC position on NFL teams. But if memory serves, it was put into place right before Tomlin's hire; and the Rooneys authored it
