Bills lead 7-3 at halftime. Still don’t care for Fichtner’s play calling. One could argue it led to a turnover inside the redzone, again. Defense keeping them in the game.

The Duck has looked alright but is constantly forced for get the ball back quicker than he wants to, Bills doing a great job of getting into the backfield.

They tried the wildcat thing earlier on another first down play as well and it was a negative play. If you want to throw it on 1st and goal that’s fine, but putting the ball in the hands of guys that aren’t used to handling it not real smart down so close when you know your offense struggles to put points on the board.

Wouldn’t have minded seeing Conner or Snell get a crack off tackle on that 1st and goal play.

Yup, that or some sort of run out of the shotgun where they’re zone blocking, because apparently that’s what they’re best at.

See that TD play there?

That is what is missing from the Whipple offense. (Not just in red zone)

Sometimes the easy plays are the best.

im amazed how bad the steelers OLine has become

Not sure how valid those player ratings are they show at the start of the games, but it looked like they had Pouncey rated 36th out of 36 centers. Foster near the bottom of his group too.

I think that the OL struggles really show the quality of Roethlisberger. He grew into getting rid of the ball quick and teams had to rush more vanilla at him or he would pick defenses apart. Without him, all of these guys besides Decastro are exposed. Even Pouncey has not been the same.

Yeah, if they can hold em' Feiler might've made the play of the year.

Duck is a great story but he just doesn't have the arm.

Watt is nuts.
That play reminds of the play by Polamalu in the AFC Championship against the Broncos where he was stumbling backwards and still make the leg tackle. That’s how you can tell he’s special.

Nice hold by the defense!

It doesn't help that they are all getting old fast. They simply are not a good offensive line right now.

They probably peaked 3-4 seasons ago, I remember games where Roethlisberger literally was barely touched. Has been a slow downhill slide since then.

LOS getting owned by Bills. How did they build their OL so quick. They were a mess.

Just a massive missed tackle by Vince Williams on that 2nd down run.

For all the talk about Steelers fans on the road it sounds like there are a hell of a lot of Bills fans in attendance tonight.

Edmunds is one of those guys that just always seems to be around the big play in the wrong way.

It's hard to get a good drive going late in a game like this when your noodle armed quarterback can only complete balls down field by throwing the ball up for grabs and hoping one of his guys can make a play on it.
