OT: Vinyl siding damage

Had some wind damage to one side of older home.. damage to siding.. I have homeowners insurance with State Farm.. Will cover only that side of home despite not being able to match color with existing material.. Is this commonplace or do some companies cover to re-side entire home so the color matches?
