Just getting to this now ...

XMU (Indie Rock) .... (I probably listen to this around 80% of the time)

Most of the rest of the stations I flip around to find a song when I'm in that kind of mood ...

First Wave
Alt Nation
The Spectrum
Chill
Lithium
Coffee House
70's Hits
80's Hits
90's Hits
Classic Vinyl

On occasion, I'll listen to Howard 100, but often when I turn it it seems on it's a repeat from several years back. It also seems to be something I've heard before.

On rarer occasions, I'll listen to Morning Joe on MSNBC and sometimes Nicole Wallace. I like hearing the opinions of the more centrist views there.

Rarely to I ever listen to the stations dedicated to one artist.

Haven't had the service in over a decade. I used to like Outlaw Country, an NFL themed channel that had Adam Shein, and retro channels for 80s metal, classic rock, and 80s alternative.

Listening to MSLSD for centrist views...hmmm.

I have to admit, I have Fox and CNN on mostly because when there is a big event, I love listening to the two completely contrasting views and opinions and takes. It is hilarious and telling at the same time. And neither is less biased than the other, despite claims of fans of either. What is frightening though, I have talked to friend from both sides of the aisle that listen to neither now, because they are not extreme enough for their tastes.

That is scary.

All news sources are biased because all people are biased, whether they know it or not.

Oh...another admission, nah I shouldn't. What the hell I will. As much as I portray myself as an uncaring ass on things, I am a sucker for Christmas music. So yeah, when the Holidays come, I program in all of the Christmas music stations. Yeah. Sorry, I am an old soul at heart and still like stuff like that.

Sinatra channel has not aged. And I have to admit I am a fan of classic radio with old radio programs, Sherlock Holmes, Johnny Dollar for longer drives.

I don't like audible books just because I am almost maniacally hyperactive switching stations because it keeps me awake when driving. Listening to books, I am afraid I would drift too much into it and start relaxing too much and doze off. Especially long trips when you stay at a different hotel every night, sometimes sleep is compromised.
It keeps my son engaged /
We listened to Harry Potter , Percy Jackson , and hitchhikers guide to the galaxy
Also the beastie boys book

Sadly, I find myself channel surfing constantly. But my go to stations are Grateful Dead and Dave matthews. But I’ll listen to a song or two on everything else while surfing.

How do you know when the songs end on the GD and DMB channels to switch from them?

(I kid. Though I went to a party thrown by a friend who is a big GD fan, and when we arrived there was a tune playing, and about 25 minutes later I noticed the same one was playing, I asked him if the play list was looping and he said no, it was the same jam as when we got there).

It’s why America Beauty is is the only Grateful Dead album I can listen to .

That’s what is great about Grateful Dead channel. Recorded shows being played all the time. Nothing says Dead like a 5 minute song turned into 20 minutes with 40 solos, drum solos, and just going all in and just transition into another song.

Alt Nation was good 10 years ago when I had serius.

Bohemian Rhapsody is on now, queen rocks.
