I think they didn't give him a penalty on it because he kept his head up and didn't appear to lead with it. That being said I agree it was a pretty reckless and unnecessary tackle that should have been flagged

It’s football! It’s a rough and tough gam. He led with his shoulder and dod’t make contact with his head. Therefore, no foul or targeting was called.....rightfully so.

Leading with the shoulder and not launching is plenty reason

for a change - he didn’t target

Didn't think it was targeting after the replay. It was definitely a penalty but the standing over him after the fact and Hulking was why I thought the officials may just say "he deserves to be kicked out".
