Lane restrictions will occur on the
Liberty Bridge through Friday in each direction for survey work and platform installation.
Restrictions will take place weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and overnight from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Also, 8 p.m. to noon, Friday to Saturday; 6 p.m. to noon, Saturday to Sunday; and 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday to Monday.
There also will be single-lane restrictions tonight and Wednesday night, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the outbound side of the
Liberty Tunnels while crews perform electrical maintenance.
A single-lane will also be open on the
Parkway East/Interstate 376 outbound under the bridge from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Wednesday nights.
Also, the Parkway East will close for two weekends
to prepare for the Greenfield Bridge implosion. The outbound/eastbound side of the parkway will be closed from Oakland to Squirrel Hill/Homestead. The inbound/westbound side will be closed from Wilkinsburg/Forest Hills to Squirrel Hill/Homestead. Detours will be posted.
■ The first full closure is scheduled for Light Up Night weekend and begins at 11 p.m., Nov. 20, about an hour after the fireworks display ends Downtown, and runs through 6 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 23.
■ The second weekend closure is set to begin at 10 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4 and run through 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6.
