This is nothing but summer fun to talk about, but would you sign up for this as a Pitt fan?

Pros:

• Pitt is the second-best team (or third at worst if you think Temple is better) in that conference today
• Pitt has the second-most resources (or third at worst if you think Maryland has more)
• Reinstates Pitt's biggest rivalry game
• Much more possibility to make the playoff
• Easy drives to games

Cons:

• Very little diversity in scheduling
• Harder to recruit where high school football is booming
• Only three fun gameday atmospheres for away fans (PSU, Army, Navy)
• Never play ND again
• Is money tied to the conferences? Because Pitt would lose a lot of funding with these lesser schools in the conference.
