Penn State Trustee

This improves Jay Paterno's chances of being elected as a Trustee.

"Penn State" and any form of "trust" are mutually exclusive.
Morgan Stanley's Barbara Doran and Lubrano should apologize or resign as well. O'Reilly is losing Advertisers for Sexual Harassment, Yet Morgan Stanley's is also ignoring what Curely & Schultz testified to at Trial and both praising what happen to Children by attacking Freeh And his Evidence that confirmed by 3 Separate Sources being ignored by both too.

A Victim not allow to file a Case due to Statute of Limitations should File a Lawsuits against Spanier Buyout Sum, Paterno Estate Buyout, and anyone else with Deep pockets that keep ignoring the PMA Insurance Evidence, Freeh Report in light of Curley & Schultz Testimony. Legislature ignoring them, and DOE Title IX & Clery Act Investigation Fines.

They would be join by Children Advocate Groups Lawyers as well.

Al Lord is a symptom, not the root cause of the sickness that pervades that culture. If he drops out of the race for a board seat, it just means that someone just like him will take it.
Credit MichNittLion, CDW333 and number of PSu Alumni and Posters Fans that took on BWI Cult Dolts and were insulted by vicious PSU Posters hating them asking for Lord's Resignation? I said it before PSU can be proud of many Alumni that don't follow the cult Dolts used to threatening, lying, and attacking others.

There are Journalists standing by ready to write it too. Just waiting on the Civil Lawsuit now.

If it wasn't for this goof running at the gums Cook would still be on the cult bandwagon.

Lord's statements opened many eyes and has showed what everyone on here has know since this started, they needed a time out and time to clean house.

Lubrano is just as bat sh!t crazy as this moron is and I'm sure there are many up there who support the opinions of Lord and Lubrano.

Nothing has changed and nothing will change up there.

Franco, Paterno's Lord, Lubrano, Doran and Jubelier are devoted PSU Alumni that think they are doing the right things but are now ignoring what 3 Independent Outside Organizations Freeh, DOE-DOJ, and PMA found out and refused to accept the Paterno Report itself now has been discredited, have gone too far to retreat now and some say they are after Power more than caring about what happen to Victims or Penn State.

One rumor is Lubrano wants to be the next Penn State President and has said so to few privately I am told.

If one thinks Congress, Senate, and Agencies are divided one should study Penn State Board of Trustees and it well accomplished Graduates with Deep Pockets.

Unfortunately, they have great memories of Joe's Wins, Building the Football into a Top 15 National Program, and think 75%-90% Graduation Rates 17 years of 24 years when it began counting under Joe were all there was to Athletic Integrity and I can see why they be can proud of such accomplishments. But that was not the whole stories and nightmares many Victims, and PSU Employees were under intimidation, with many Laws and NCAA Rules and Compliance's broken as proven now?

Still, they refuse to see Penn State Trustees problems began when Trustees went into Business with Joe, that contributed to Lack of Institutional Control, Joe did not retire when he should have, and staying to win 409 Wins while being uncomfortable to report Sandusy in 2001 while ignoring the Title IX & Clery Act Law Compliance's is Penn State fault thinking Joe could not do any wrongs, but he did by staying too long, and becoming more powerful than anyone with intimidation and bragging he is more important due to Fundraising and only he has the power over his players, all proven by the DOE Investigation and fines! Add in PMA Insurance Risk Managers Under Oath Depositions with Victims Sealed Document Rulings and the Freeh Repport findings confirmed by Curley & Schultz Testimony that refutes the Paterno Report so-called opinions, and it is like the scandal is repeating itself again.

When Spanier, Paterno, Curley & Schultz in 2001 decided not to report Sandusky to be investigated and waited too long to deal with it in 1998 and allow more children to be molested and remain silent until 2011 Grand Juries!

The PS4RS & Franco have gone to far now much like Spanier, to proud and too much much into their own credibility to admit unlike what Paterno said publicly, and Curley & Schultz said in Testimony, In hindsight they wish they had done more?

Why Lord, Doran, Lubrano, Franco, and Jubelier chosoe to ignore it with Paterno's and the Paterno Report creators in Thornburgh, Clementes and Sollers being refuted with the criminal trials Under Oath Evidence that ID "Coach" as Paterno and in the Clery Act & Title IX Reports, PMA Insurance, and all confirm Freeh Foundings, still remaining silent now is becoming another Scandal that can open the door to more lawsuits against Penn State on them.

The reason why the Trustees are not revealing Freeh's 400 PSU Employee's Whistle-Blowers on what happen at Penn State is that can open PSU up to more Lawsuits and that includes Sealed Victim Documents already settled, but the PS4RS think getting the Paterno Statue Back Up is the real goal now and want to assume the Power to do it or convince other trustees to do it?

PSU Trustee's Lord's comments on Children Abuse being 7 Figure Net Worthies shows that in every way, Lord thinks the children are lying and Trustees jump the Firings of Curley, Schultz, Paterno & Spanier and in effect Sandusky is innocent because it all reflects badly on Penn State unfairly?

It is sad, but Lord's comments exposed all of them, as Lubrano ripped on Freeh again, and Morgan Stanley's Doran demands Curley Testimony proved Paterno was innocent when it was actually Curley saying, Paterno was Uncomfortable to report Sandusky in 2001 to DPW?

One can see their agenda now is one of blind hero worship saying everyone is against Penn State including those that saved Penn State by reforming Penn State and can't admit anything went wrong even with 2 Pleas and 2 Convictions by some Jurors from Penn State on 44 of 47 counts???

I admire their passion for Penn State Paterno they adored, but their lack of respect for their Alma Mater Penn State has been proven in 3 Separate Independent Findings and the Public Admissions of Paterno, Curley, and Schultz that even they made mistakes that ended shaming Penn State Name.

Ignoring Penn State is better today due to NCAA Sanction Oversight 2012 Penn State Athletic Integrity Reforms is another cover up their own eyes do not want to see, and their own lips prefer to keep silent rather accept Children were Molested by one of their fellow Alumnus on Penn State Campus and from 1968 to 2011?

Freeh found it out, Sealed Documents Under Oath show some were told and knew in 1976, 1980s, and 1998 investigation, and after 2001, were told again, and chose silence until the Grand Jury, Pleas & Trials Convictions?

Even if the Statue goes up, it is like the PSU National Championship Win of 1982, built on Bad Proven Ref Calls by a Penn State Alumnus Father Ref, seen on the Video and written up in the New York Times, and exposed by Alabama Coaches later in the Decade when they were robbed by a Bad Ref Call in the End Zone! The Program was not built on Honorable Values and that has been proven going back to 1976, and slogans don't make it so, in face of children Abuse ignored and kept in silence!

Let's get back to more important issues at hand, like how is their recruiting doing?

PennLive also reported that while Lord will no longer serve on Penn State's board, he will continue to work as a private citizen to support Spanier and the family of late Penn State football coach Joe Paterno.
Board ally Anthony Lubrano says Mr. Lord told him the decision is unrelated to his recent Sandusky comments.

You have to love these idiots. They are so profound in their hubris and idolatry there is no way history will be able to offer them anything but infamy.
Burn Joe, burn. Eternity is literally a helluva long time.

term officially ends june 30.
"Trustee Al Lord's remarks about the brave victims of Jerry Sandusky were offensive and embarrassing to the majority of the members of the Penn State Board of Trustees, the university community and all victims of sexual assault," the board leadership said.

"We strongly condemn them. Members of this Board must hold themselves to a higher standard and represent our university with respect for all.

"While Mr. Lord has publicly announced he no longer intends to run for re-election to the Board, he should do the right thing and step down immediately."

Hmmmnnn......Quite disagree....Lord tried to take back his thoughtless comments by apologizing for “any pain the comment may have caused actual victims.” During a recent forum sponsored by Penn Staters for Responsible Stewardship, Lord finally decided that his effectiveness to Penn State is now gone by his comments, and he decided to drop his bid for re-election and did resigned from his position and will not serve out the final months of his current term.

Lubrano is playing Public Relations again!

Lord not running for re-election improves Jay Paterno's chances? What? Jay Paterno getting elected to the BoT by the Cult is a slam dunk, and would be a slam dunk no matter who else is also on the ballot.

You actually think there would be a chance in frozen hell of a Paterno not getting elected to the Board at Penn State? The overwhelming majority of voters for the Penn St. Board of Trustees since 2011 are one issue voters, and care only about trying to restore the fake legacy of Dear Leader.

Just looked at BWI to see what they were saying about losing their terrific DB for maybe the season and found a thread about voting for their BOT. First of all, that nut job place should do away voting in joebots but that is a different thread.

I did find this post and this is the type of sick individual who is ruining their school:

I may write in Al Lord anyway because I respect him and don't see anyone else compelling (besides Alice and Jay).

Why does PSU let their alumni select a few board seats and Pitt does not?

PSU's BOT is a bit of a different animal. It's mostly made up of appointed people from various ag, business, and government entities. The alumni have always voted for their three or so.

The true power of the BOT lies within a very small group of people. Imagine rings of influence within the board. The people at the center call all of the shots. The people on the outside are more for show and if possible, are groomed for bigger roles if they prove worthy. But the people on the outer ring aren't even given seats in the box for games. They get a couple a year and have to buy their own seats for the rest of the games.

Despite the rumors about pressure from inside the board, if they wanted to remove him, they could. In my opinion, the silence of the board, the alumni, and the fan base is telling.

For the record, as a member of the alumni association, I have posted on social media and have sent messages to the association calling for Al Lord to step down and be censured. Still waiting for a response.

What puzzles me is why schools like PSU and Pitt have such large boards of trustees ? Many schools seem to exist with much smaller boards.

Mostly because of the public and private funding. Someone tosses enough cash at you, you put them on the board.

I think a lot of the seats on PSU's board are legislated but I might be mistaken.

Ideally, you would have a good mix of people with expertise in their fields, or influence in an area that benefits the university, or people who can make or have made large donations to the University.
