Penn Stater's Experience

There seems to be some sorta happy Nitters in this thread but I bet on BWI some are wanting to end it all - no reason to live anymore.
Well they should have come to the game in Pittsburgh because here were some easy ways to call it quits after the PITT loss:
1. go to Jacks in Southside and eat the food
if that doesn't work since you're at Jacks
2. go to the back room grab a pool cue from someone and break it over you're knee
still kicking ok
3. tip over all the motorcycles at 1 am and go back in the bar and let the bikers know you did it
4. if all else fails there's the bueatiful bridges or your pick of a train line

Money magazine didn't rate Pittsburgh the # 1 place to live in America for nothing.

How is it going on BWI??? I haven't heard any reports! Its not a place I frequent like Jacks!

For the most part both Pitt and PSU alums are good people when you meet them in person. It's the internet forums where people can hide behind their keyboards that brings out the crazy in them (and I'm talking both sides).

Maybe someone from Central PA can explain this: how can The Pennsylvania State University conduct an officially sanctioned event in honor of a person who was dismissed from his employment under the most disturbing circumstances?

Is it any wonder why people from outside the university think that those connected directly or indirectly with that university have, at the very least, dubious values and misplaced priorities?

Just for fun I looked yesterday to see what sort of ticket availability they have for their remaining home games. While the Temple game is not sold out there are far fewer (many thousands) tickets left for that game than any other on their schedule other than Ohio State. Even the big Land Grant trophy game has sold no where near as many tickets as Temple has.
30% will be Temple fans.
