To me the thing that's the most remarkable about Pitt is the significant improvement of so many players over the course of the season:
- Ffrench has become a threat running AND catching, which two great long plays the past two games.
- The whole crew of interchangeable DBs who are becoming tough to throw against and are making really timely interceptions now.
- Pickett's transformation yesterday into a throwing threat.
- The defense overall slowly lowering the points against each game--13 points from a team earlier in the season that probably would have torched us.
- Even Christadolou's emergence as a punter with a number of really long, deep punts yesterday and in the past few weeks and finally giving us a field position threat.
- And of course Millin's emergence as a pass-catching tackle threat! The #70 should only be given to tackles who can catch passes and score TDs.
