Jester Weah had a great night and played a tremendous game. He will be a BIG time player at Pitt and in the ACC.

Weah had a very good game despite dropping a deep ball right in his breadbasket in the first half. He made a couple of really nice plays especially the clinching TD. Hopefully tonight built some confidence for him, Peterman and the coaches. But at the end of the day, it was against Marshall, which is not the same as doing it against a decent P5 opponent.

We needed this game earlier in the season so these inexperienced players could have built that confidence prior to the tougher games. Weah does look like a football player. He highpointed the ball and made catches with his hands and used his size to use his body to shield off the DB. It was nice to see. Ffrench has some wiggle too.

In retrospect we probably should have throw a few more see ones against Villanova instead of just taking air out the ball and sitting on it. Woulda or coulda gave the wr some confidence early
