The writing was on the wall once he got behind Ben Dover... on the depth chart. Don't count Harry Johnson out, though. He's a little stiff, but I'll never complain about someone who plays that hard. Put him and Eaton Beaver in the trenches together, and we might finally be able to score.

Hugh Richard was hard nosed and poised all year. He almost got beat and then he rose to the occassion and said "you ain't beating this meat" and the rest is history. Glad he hadn't penetrated the portal yet.
