because if he didn't play today, there would have been great despair about where the program is headed. For 2018 we have a QB, RB and defense that is definitely looking considerably better. If a couple guys can step up on the OL and at TE Chris Clark can start to play anywhere near the 5 star he was rated or Charles Reeves plays to expectations, I definitely have hope for next season. Much better than the alternative. My chest still hurts from today's game, but that's the one positive conclusion I can come to.
