Pitt Cuse

How long does it take to figure out 4th down?

Are these guys paid for this incompetent behavior?

It’s almost understandable to lose track of downs in a frenzied end of game situation, but to do it in the 1st quarter of a somewhat ho hum game is inexcusable.

Feel like I just watched an extended pharma commercial for a new Alzheimers drug.

Why don’t you accept that penalty?? They don’t gain a yard it’s a 42 yrd field goal. 3rd goal from 25.

Definitely backwards. Pickett took that little crow hop that made it look like it was going forward.

And not only are the refs bad, but that replay should have taken somewhere around five seconds to reverse. What in the heck were they looking at that took so long to recognize the obvious?

The refs were wrong again, but the sideline ref was at the line of scrimmage and from his angle, I can see why he guessed that it was forward.

Pitt needs to score two more TDs to get comfortable, so they can let the Cuse go on a long unanswered scoring run.

In the nfl and college football referees are ruining the game. This has become like WWF. Outcomes are determined before the game and the refs job is to steer the game in the favor of the predetermined winner. They used to have plausible deniability but with these blantently bad calls they are losing that deniability. The emperor has no clothes!

Then on the explanation the referee proceeded on saying “There were THREE passes on the play”

WTF.

When’s a backwards pitch considered a pass?
