There is a real battle going on in the Student Organization leader board. It's been going back and forth all day. Pitt Club Tennis, Pitt Rowing Club, and Men's Glee Club all neck and neck at the top within 17 gifts of each other.

Pitt Athletics back into second but by only by 9 gifts.

I kind of dig the Men's Glee Club. I'm thinking I might jump in with another donation.

Overall, the number of gifts to Athletics shows how poorly it is supported. It is tied for 2nd right now in the Experience category with only 160 gifts with 2 hours left despite sending 3 emails today to its giving base of at least 8K people, having 22+K twitter followers, not to mention 1,200 views of this thread.

25K in matching funds on the line. That is half the salary of some assistant coaches and department staff, or about the cost of the tuition for a scholarship athlete. It is sad, to be honest, and very telling.

385 alumni live in Utah. Only 111 in Wyoming, 159 in Montana, 252 in Idaho, and only 51 in North Dakota. Utah sucking big time.

I can understand the Men's Glee Club with their large alumni network but how does club tennis get so many gifts?

Since when has Utah been any good to us? The Utes smacked us in the Fiesta Bowl and then Utah State gave us Scott Barnes. Good riddance to them

On a more serious note, proud to say that we represented Missouri today.
