It looked like we would have had big runs from Izzy on those last 2 plays on the wildcat, but Hammond kept it both times.

When you resort to the wildcat this early in a game it tells you one thing. Zero faith in the QB.

Cignetti needs to stop dicking around. We shouldn't run the wildcat when there is no threat of throwing the ball. Ville will adjust and stack guys in the box and... SURPRISE... fumble. Just line up normal with WRs spread out wide, and use the RB and play action. It worked so if course... We have to go away from it and are going to allow a bad team to stay in the game.
We should stop worrying about these silly head games of getting off the field as slow as possible on a substitution and start worrying about playing football.
It was as much of a fumble as it possibly going have been. It came out when he was standing straight up.
Narduzzi loves to run the ball, so we get what we get. Even more disappointing is that this defense sucks. Guys just don't do their assignments. They continually bite on every fake.

The more offensive plays you need to run the more chances you have to make mistakes. That is just another facet of this offense that makes it not “college friendly”.

but ok.. I still disagree. You lose Pickett and Addison, you have all your linemen back and 4 very good RBs. Sounds like a no brainer go to a run game
Nobody wants to hear it but, Addison meant so much to this offense. Duzz would be more willing to throw if he had a receiver open every play. Addison was either open or allowed others to be open every play. Now every pass play is a chore.
The OC sucks. The OL sucks. The QB sucks. The WRs suck. Gavin and Izzy probably can't wait to get the hell out of here.
