I'll make it much easier. Pitt's next Head Coach needs to hold players accountable immediately for lack of effort and show his team he isn't putting up with that shit.
There is no way in hell any top coach or even really good Head coach would have allowed Gandy to stay in the game after what he did. It's what Narduzzi didn't do is 1 of the main problems with this team. There is no accountability at all. I watched a bunch of Pitt players make half-hearted attempts at tackling yesterday. It was depressing and infuriating. Did Narduzzi do anything about it? Of course not. He allows this crap to happen and I'm sick of it.
