Only a 3 star recruit with modest offers so probably no danger in PSU getting him but I wonder if Franklin will grab him just for the heck of it. Usually, Pitt legacies are locks for PSU but not so sure on this one.

He’s a 2026 recruit so he’s still early in the process, but he is better than a 3 star prospect.
